I keep hitting the "Add to Cart" button, but nothing is happening.  HELP!
When you click on the "Add to Cart" button, a new window "pops up" with our shopping cart.  If you have your browser set up to block all pop-ups, our cart can't open :(  Please disable your pop-up blocker, and the problem will be solved :)  

If you are trying to order from a computer at work, it's possible that they have a block on such transactions.  Try again from your home computer and everything should work just fine :)

Are your glasses sold as singles or pairs?
Some are sold as singles, and some are sold as pairs.  If it's a pair in the picture, it's sold as a pair :)  Same for single glass designs.  It will also state on the item page if that design is sold as a single or pair.

I'd like to purchase more than one of a particular item.  How do I do that?
Once your shopping cart opens, there is a box on the left side of each item.  Just change the number in that box then click the "update cart" below :)

What types of payment do you accept?
eye4gifts.com accepts American Express, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and PayPal.   Cyber checks as well :)  You may also place your order via phone at 301-412-3120 during studio hours (10:00am to 10:00pm Eastern).

I'm not currently a member of PayPal, and/or don't wish to join.  Is that a problem?
Not a problem :)  Once in our shopping cart you will have the choice to "Check out" or "Check out with PayPal".  You're choice!  

If you do not have a PayPal account, do not wish to use your PayPal account or do not wish to open a PayPal account no problem!  Simply click "I do not have a PayPal account" on the right hand side. You may use MasterCard, VISA, American Express or Discover.  Just like every other shopping cart :)

Is there another way I may discuss my order?
Yes :)  Just click on the Contact information on the top of any page.  We'll be happy to help! Or give us a call at 301-412-3120 during studio hours (10:00am to 10:00pm Eastern)..

Will you send me an order acknowledgement?
Yes!  You will receive an order acknowledgement shortly after we receive your order.  You will receive two (2) order acknowledgements.  One from our payment service, and one directly from us.  If you pay via an existing PayPal membership, all emails will be sent to the email address associated with that account.  If you do not receive an acknowledgement, please check your spam folder.  

What if I don't receive my order acknowledgement?
Order acknowledgements are sent to the email address you use when you make payment.  Please check that address :)  Or there may be a block on your incoming email.  You will actually receive two (2) emails.  One from our payment service, and one directly from us.  

Are your order forms secure?
Yes!  All of the eye4gifts.com order forms go through a secure server.  Always check for the little 'lock' on the bottom of any order page before entering any personal information (on any site!).  You can never be too careful :)

How long will it take to create my order?
Good news!  Items designated withQUICK SHIP!  Will ship within 2 business days. will be shipped within 2 business days. Shipping time is additional.
Everything else is painted to order.  Depending on the time of year, this could be up to 2 weeks.  Generally, it's 7-10 days.  We will let you know in our order acknowledgement how long it will take to create your order.  In a hurry?  Just ask.  Most of the time we can squeeze in a "rush" order :)

I need it quicker then that!  Is there anyway to expedite the process?
If you need your glass in a hurry?  Take a look at ourQUICK SHIP!  Will ship within 2 business days.items. If you wish to order something else, or a custom order, please contact us prior to placing your order.  We can sometimes place a "rush" on the painting process.  Please see below for additional information on shipping.

How long will it take to receive my order?
All of our glass is painted to order.  Please be aware that along with the 7-10 days it takes to create your order, there is shipping time.  

We ship USPS Priority Mail which is generally 2-3 days (Monday through Saturday).  Large boxes will be shipped USPS standard ground.

What are your shipping charges within the continental US*?
The shipping charges below are for standard web orders and are per address. 

Up to $50.00             $10.00
$50.01 to 99.99         $12.00
$100.00 to $199.99   $15.00
Over $200.00            $17.00

*Shipping to AK and HI will ship USPS and may be an  additional charge. Sorry, we do not ship to APO addresses or outside the USA.

I want my purchase shipped directly to the recipient.  How do I enter that information with PayPal?
No problem!  Our cart will ask you for the "ship to" address during the check out process.

Ooops...I gave you an incorrect address.  What now?
Don't you just hate when that happens?  Well, if your order has not yet been shipped, simply email us with the correct information.

If your order has shipped, it will eventually be shipped back to us.  Please know it generally takes 2-3 weeks before it arrives back here.  USPS charges us to ship it back, so you will need to pay the return shipping fee along with an additional shipping charge.  We will let you know as soon as any package is returned, along with a link to pay the additioanl shipping charge.

I would like to have my order shipped USPS Express Mail.  How do I do that?
Once your item has been painted, we'd be happy to ship it any way your wish :)  Our shopping cart is only set up to accommodate regular shipping charges  You may either include your wishes in the 'note' portion in the payment process, or send us an email with your request.  We'll get right back with you on the additional charges, then email you an invoice for the difference.  We'll look up the actual USPS Express Mail charges.  Please be advised that overnight shipping is often more costly than the glass itself :(  

Do you ship internationally?
Sorry, at this time we ship only to addresses within the continental United States.

I'd like to enclose a note with my purchase.  How would I do that?
No problem :)  There will be a space in the ordering process where you may let us know to send a note, and let us know what you would like it to say.  Or, simply email us with your request.  

I'd like to have my purchase gift wrapped with a card.  Can you do that?
We'd be happy to gift wrap your purchase and enclose a card :)  The charge is $7.50 per item, and may be added to your shopping cart from either our Order Information page, or simply click here.

I want to be sure that no price is written on the packing slip!
No problem :)  There is never a price on our packing slip :)

What kind of paints do you use?
We use only high quality artist paints that are ton-toxic and heat cured.  Unlike inexpensive craft paints with glaze, our paints will last the lifetime of your glassware without cracking or discoloring.  Our glass paints are lead free and are not produced in China.

None of our paints or supplies are purchased at Hobby Lobby.

Can they be washed?
We recommend careful hand washing your designer glassware.  Only the best for our customers :)  Our paints are non-toxic and heat cured to render them permanent.  As with other fine crystal and china, they are not dishwasher safe.

Do you use glass or crystal in your designs?
Some items are glass, and some are crystal.  If it's crystal, it will always be described as so in the item description.

How much do you charge for a custom order?
That depends on what you wish painted.  It's all about the time it would take to design and paint the glass.  Please be as specific as you can when sending the initial email :)   Once we have all the specifics, we can give you a price.

Can you send me a picture of what it will look like?
Since it's a new custom order painted just for you, we don't have a picture of what it will look like.  It has not yet been painted.

How do I make a payment for a special order?
We'll email you an order confirmation with a link for payment.  That link will take you directly into our shopping cart :)

Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes :)  You choose the dollar amount.  You may also have it sent via email, or print and deliver yourself.  Click here to purchase a gift certificate.

Do you gift certificates expire?
Our gift certificates have no expiration date, and may be used at any time.  You will receive instructions on how to redeem your certificate when you make your purchase.  It's easy to use :)

What is your return policy?
You may find our return policy here.  The return policy is written as well on every packing slip included with the glass.

Do you sell your designs wholesale?
Just like any, exclusive boutique you will only find our designs right here :)  You will not find our glass in any gift store and most certainly not in any big box or department store!  Our glassware is just too special to wholesale.  With all our custom order and personalized designs, you'll be giving a one of a kind gift.  It doesn't get more special than that.
