RETURN POLICY 

We want you be happy with your purchase :) 

If your purchase arrives broken, please contact us immediately for a replacement!  All packages are shipped insured.  Please keep the box with the broken glassware.  USPS requires you to keep the damaged goods, box and packing materials for inspection.  Not to worry :)  If they decide to inspect the package we will let you know.  Less than 0.1% of our glass arrives broken :)

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within seven (7) days of receipt.  We'll send you a return authorization number.  We'll happily exchange it for other merchandise, or refund.  Sorry, shipping and gift wrap charges are non-refundable.  Items returned without a return authorization will be refused.

Custom orders, personalized items and wedding champagne flutes are a final sale and not returnable.

Event orders greater than $500.00 are final sale.  If purchasing for an event, please make sure that your expense is authorized prior to placing your order.
